Roofing
We will work with what the budget allows.
Starting with an elite education on standing seam metal roofing and water deterance, your roof is safe with Cabin Creek Construction regardless of what material you choose.
Underlayment
Underlayment is the final layer of water defense on your home. Cabin Creek does not take that purpose lightly. On all of our metal roofs with sheeting, we install a specific ice and water barrier that melts around the screws to help create a leak-proof seal.
Shingles
We can Replace Shingles, this job received new decking, roof framing, underlayment, soffit & facia.
Exposed Fastener / Corrugated Metal Roofing
Some refer to this as "pole barn steel", whatever you like to call it, it is a massive upgrade from shingles. You do have exposed fasteners, and do run the risk of the fastener rubber wearing over time.
However it does outlast the life of shingles and the install time is significantly less than a standing seam.
Standing Seam / Hidden Fastener Metal Roofing
This is arguably the best roof system that you can pick for your house. There are no exposed screws on your panels, not only does it look better, but you significantly reduce the risk of leaking.
Not everyone installs these right, Cabin Creek Construction uses a system called "turning panels", bending and wrapping them around your drip cap to help deter the water.
It is a technical system that does take experience to do the job right. We are the company to use, especially when it comes to this system.
Siding, Soffit & Facia
Cabin Creek Construction was originally "Richards' Siding".
You can trust us to install your siding products!
Here is a perfect example of multiple materials coming together.
This home has LP lap on the majority, LP board and batten on the gable peaks, Versetta Stone covering the foundation, with a composite divider. The windows have LP trim.
There are products similar to LP, like "Rise" that is a composite style siding. Cabin Creek is a call away to go over any details for your home.
Vinyl Siding is also a good, budget friendly product. We don't recommend going with the cheapest product, but there are a few quality vinyl siding companies we have for you to pick from.
We can mix and match vinyl and LP on the same project to keep some of the premium look, but with a tighter budget.
We do miter our corners and add slides on J channel.

Here is a good example. We will go as far as re-framing and re-finishing an area to achieve your goal.
